I live in the UK, when will my order arrive?

All of our lovely clients in the UK can choose standard shipping we aim to have your parcel delivered between 3-5 business days.

Express Delivery for clients will be delivered between 1-2 business days.

What is our jewellery made of?

All of our jewellery is gold plated.

Nickel Free.

Suitable for allergy sufferers.

​

Plated in either 14k or 18k gold.

How should I take care of my jewellery?

Whilst our jewellery is of fantastic standard we recommend to remove any jewellery before washing hands and bathing. In order to keep your jewellery gleaming and keep the colours in tact we recommend removing before applying any hand creams or fake tan.

How should I store my jewellery?

All of our jewellery is sent to you in its own personal pouch to keep it protected from any water/humidity. Store your jewellery in a dry environment, ideally separately to avoid any scratching or unwanted damage.

Do you accept returns?

Of course. All of our clients are entitled to a full refund when returning items within a 14 day period. Shipping of returns need to be paid by yourself but we will offer a full refund for all returned items in a suitable condition. Unused and undamaged with original packaging.
